Playful Pantry Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Playful Pantry! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging unopened.

  • Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-returnable.

To initiate a return, please contact us at playfulpantryuk@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are not available for:

  • Items returned in used or damaged condition (unless they arrived defective)

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Shipping costs (unless the return is due to our error)

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not been processed for shipping. After this time, cancellations may not be possible.
