Order Tracking

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

Playful Pantry is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they are in the carrier’s possession.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Changes to Your Order
